We the citizens of ashtabula county state of Ohio , feel prosecutor Colleen O'Toole, lacks the confidence and courage to take a criminal case of this caliper to trial. She treats the murder of 13 months old Serenity Sky Jazz Lynn Blankenship Sutley as if it is a burden. 

We ask to have Colleen O'Toole removal from the Sereniti Blankenship Sutley murder trial and office.

She wants the court to amend murderer charges that carry a life sentence for the murder of 13 month old Sereniti Blankenship Sutley , to involuntary manslaughter that max only carry a 11 year prison sentence. 

Serenity did not get 13 months to live and he only gets 11 years for taking her life.

O'Toole must be stoped this is not justice
