Money has too much influence on our democracy.  The people in positions of power and the governing bodies who decide what happens to the citizens of the United States are not the people who the majority of americans actually prefer to have in office.

     The U.S. was founded under the idea that we are all created equal.  The government is supposed to be by the people, for the people and of the people.  These philosiphies no longer exist in todays political process.  The reality is that unless there is access to large amounts of money.  equal platforms are not atainable by people who would otherwise be best equipped to carry out the roles necessary to do what is in the interest of all americans.  There is no platform for these potential candidates to be seen and heard from.  The current process of how officials are funded to gain access to public office is deeply flawed and cultivates corruption, greed and incompitence. 

      Any human being who has the desire to run for any public office should have true equal oportunity to be heard.  Regardless of money.  Equal sized soap boxes to be stood upon.  Currently there is a system in place that favors candidates according to the funding they have access to.  The ability to find or the circumstances that provide people with more money than others is the quality that tends to determine who gets elected.  We need to put an end to this practice and come up with a process that takes the money out of the equation.  So that the people who determine the fate of american people.  Are the real and all truistic choice of the majority of all americans.   Regardless of their circumstances.  Everyone wants to live in a country that loves them just as much as they love their country.  If we dont take the the influence that money provides to individuals running for office. 

    Then the United States will never be what our forefathers intended.  It will never be the country that carries with it the interest of every day americans who are the people that live and die in this country.  No more tolerance for the minority determining the outcome of our country.  If we do not accomplish this change.  There will inevitably be no true democracy.  Our children desreve nothing less than a true America as it is intented.  Freedom and good for all to exist within.
