FOR THE SAKE OF VICTIMS PLEASE SHARE THIS PETITION. WE MUST DO BETTER FOR JUSTICE IN CANADA.       A " Secret Person" under Canadian Law who killed two children in front of their own home drove a car similar to the one pictured above at  OVER 100 K IN A NEIGHBOURHOOD . The killer got off with no jail time. We can only assume the killer had a very high paid lawyer to represent them in court. The family of these victims can be guaranteed in Canada to almost have no legal representation. In Canada Kala Homolka got off with 12 years after the ordering her husband to kill her victims. Karla walks the street in Canada thanks to our justice system.  Every victim in Canada should be given a lawyer to represent them in Court.
