3 Year Old Found Safe

The Number of Children that have disappeared clearly is a growing problem.  Canada needs to know why these children have disappeared and determine if professional organizations have allowed this outrageous condition on a child. The Criminal Code needs to apply to Government Agencies that allow the abuse of children. Under the Current system of professional abuse we will never know if a Government agency has miss used their power.
