It is Criminal in Canada to Harm killer whales. Killing Children is OK?

Marineland has been charged for harming Whales while children in Foster Care and children in schools are not protected in our schools. Teachers who harm children are transferred and only when enough children come forward they may or may not get charged. So Whales have more rights than children. Canada eh?
