Wow finally Professional is Held Accountable or not?

If a professional is investigated by the very people who they are working for that seems questionable at best. One small step forward  but we need an investigation totally separate from the person being investigated. The Ontario College of Teachers allowed sex offenders to be teachers for over 20 years.... Professional groups need to be accountable to the public.
