Criminals have more Rights then Victims.

It is time the Justice System stops being big business and return to enforcing the Criminal Code. How could a convicted criminal who cut the head off a victim ever be allowed to walk the Street? In Canada it is every day of the year when convicted criminals who rape and murder walk our streets. They change their name and we have no idea who else they victimize.
