Dear Mr Prime Minister: The Banking Cartel activity is obvious in Australia. Over 2000 people have reported to BFCSA (Inc) they have found fraudulent incomes on their Loan Application Forms placed there by an amortization  computer and without the knowledge or consent of the borrowers:  Mostly Older persons who four years ago owned their own home and were debt free.  Sellers of Low Doc Interest Only Toxic Mortgages are also victims.  This is criminal asset lending and will affect the property market and render one million people homeless.  These loans can never ever be paid off.  A Royal Commission into the Major Banks is urgently required. White collar crime is serious business.  Your Treasurer has accused people of needing help in "better management of money."  Sadly, that is an insult to the average person's intelligence.  Un-affordable, unverified loans are a looming sub-prime-disaster and each Bank must be treated as a crime scene.  These scams are known to have serious effects on the economy.  I am a consumer advocate and criminologist, specialising in white collar crime.
