WHO, OR WHAT, IS BLOCKING OUR EFFORTS TO STOP THE ABUSE OF PIGEONS?

The MP for The Cotswolds obtained confirmation from the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs that the Bill does include birds. It would seem obvious that a pigeon is a bird, but no MP cared enough about pigeons to mention pigeons during the debate, so is the law intended to protect pigeons because they are birds, or not?
What is going on?
Our attempts to get pigeon abuse stopped are obviously being blocked. Why? Is there a conspiracy of silence surrounding the abuse of pigeons? Please ask your MP about this at -

We need a full explanation for their silence. We need our MPs to represent our views, not ignore them. This is the whole point of a democracy.

Speciesism has no place in our world. Let’s make the world a fairer place for pigeons, and give them full, specific protection under the Animal Welfare Sentience law. The abuse of pigeons, our forgotten heroes of war, shames our Nation of Animal Lovers.
