Dear Friends and Fellow Americans,

I hope this petition request finds you well.  The legislation asking to be eliminated on the following petition is just that what it states; federal legislation that allows bio-weapons use on the American public.  Most Americans don’t even realize this legislation exists, much less how it is used.  At a minimum, I ask that you read the original and revised legislation at the end of the petition letter.  It speaks for itself.  It allows for the poisoning of our food, water, air, prescription drugs, workplaces, homes and anything else they choose in the name of tests and experiments.  When we get sick and loose our jobs as a result of these “tests”, who pays the medical bills?  The vast majority of doctors, attorneys, politicians, judges, law enforcement management, corporate officers in certain industries, federal agents and Department of Justice officials know it exists and exactly how it is used.  The full ramifications of this legislation have most likely affected the vast majority of you in a very negative way in the last decade and a half.  You would not know it, and certainly would not be allowed to prove it in our courts, even if you did know how and could prove it.

The conversations I have had over the years with the Police, FBI, DOJ officials, political staffs, media, attorneys and doctors in regard to this legislation has one common theme.  Every individual is scared to do anything about it, and will do whatever requested to prevent public disclosure.  In other words, the people paid with our tax money to protect us are protecting the criminals assaulting us.  They hide behind this legislation.  The revision in 2004 to make this legislation more deceptive may have been partly, or in whole, due to legal actions I took in 2003 and since.   I tried to disclose a human atrocity funded by this legislation, without even being aware what the legislation was until 2007.   What I do know is that this legislation has to be eliminated.  There is only one relevant question:  Do you think that the Secretary of Defense (or even the US government as a whole) should have the “legal” authority to secretly use you and your loved ones as guinea pigs, or to assassinate you without cause?  I can’t image why any sane American wouldn’t sign the attached petition.

I encourage every American to pass this on and make it viral in any way possible.  The government has already interfered with this petition on normal distribution channels.   Online petitions have no “legal” basis, but if 2,000,000+ Americans sign this, basically asking why such legislation exists…. I guarantee we’ll get their attention.  Its elimination will drastically reduce the "legality" of industrial collusion and change this country and your life for the better.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at MyComment@Att.net.
