We  MUST HAVE  a  Nation Wide Animal Abuse Registry in which  EVERY state MUST record  ANY  and ALL  convicted  of animal abuse  so that these offenders (ABUSERS) are shown to the public ... the abuser will automatically go into a registry of other  abusers ........... By having the abuser and his/her crimes  documented  on  a  National Registry you are strengthening a messege  to ALL Animal Abusers that they can not hide  their crimes any longer...this will significantly enhance  services  making it much more difficult  for them to obtain  animals ...More often than not Animal Abusers go right back out and adopt  other animals because no one is the wiser to the crimes they've  committed against animals ..and the cycle of abuse just keeps going on and on.. This will also better aid ALL the Animal Welfare Agencies and ALL the Law Agencies as  so to keep  a watchful eye on these offenders

Everyday we are seeing and hearing about animals being abused,murdered, tortured and neglected many by the hands of their owners..and others by the hands of strangers....Everyday the crimes against OUR animals is getting more and more heinous ... All to often the crimes of these abusers are NEVER brought to the eyes of the public...
