History has proved that one who thrives for the society has always been a victim of CONSPIRACY.

- Be it Kanchi Shri for promoting Vedic studies. (Kanchi shri was booked under false murder case.)  
- Be it Shankaracharya for his Advaitha philosophy
- Be it Vivekananda for taking Hindutva on global platform
- Be it Subash Chandra Bose for his revolutionary ways to get freedom to India
- Be it Dayanand Saraswati for empowering women to study!

This is about a sacred place for Hindus in South Indian state of Karnataka that has 1200 years of history and lineage which remained unnoticed for many years, except for a small group of Hindus who used to visit the Mutt regularly. The devotees found peace, harmony from this Peethadhipati.

This petition is against the harassment and attack on the Hindu Mutts particularly Ramachandrapura Mutt, and its seer Shri Shri Raghaveshwara Bharati Mahaswamiji. 
As the 36th “Yati” was coroneted the society has seen many welfare work, bringing the community together and connect all of them like a family. Further, Shri Shri Raghaveshwara Bharati Swamiji takes on to serve public and our earth:
- “Save Ambaragudda forest” from Mine mafia
- “Save Indian Cow” from cow slaughtering
Shri Shri played a crucial role going around the country to collect signatures against cow slaughter and saving indigenous cow species, which is precious for Hindus and even more for its medicinal value in particular cow product. "Vishwa Mangala Gou Grama Yatra" concluded in petition to save cow, with 8.5 crore signature given to President of India. Under His Holiness' guidance "Vishwa Gou Sammelana" was conducted to bring awareness about importance of Indigenous cows.
While the popularity of the Mutt increased, and Shri Shri continued to work hard for welfare and harmony of the society.

Truly empowering women by engaging them in chanting mantras for “Kumkuma archane”, organizing women through “Matru Vibhaga” (womens’ wing) to encourage women, take up various religious activities and self employment ideas, more unity among this community following the mutt increased, people were encouraged to respect Hinduism and scientific reasons for certain religious chanting, etc. Shri Guruji even attracted people from various other communities not only within Karnataka but across the country to follow his holiness!

Eventually, the administration of the Gokarna temple was handed over to Ramachandrapura Mutt by the Govt. This temple was once under the administration of this Mutt years back.  
This popularity was not digestible for few. They start a well plotted campaign against Shri Guruji.

Case 1: Fake Blue film CD created at Sangli by the persons who were affected by handover of temple.
Case 2: Ambaragudda manganese mafia. There was a life threat for Shri Guruji  for which the then state govt had granted gun man as security for Shri Shri

Case 3: Blackmail for 10 crores - PIL filed against mutt in which PIL was dismissed and petitioners were fined. But king pin still walking free!       
Case 4: Blackmail for 3 crores – A case was filed by the Mutt against the blackmailers. The same blackmailers filed a counter case on Shri Swamiji of rape.

The FIR clearly shows this to be a fabricated case. The alleged victim claimed the rape to have happened 169 times in 2 years!  The occasion of the alleged rape was at Ramakatha where thousands of devotees take part. In some of the places mentioned in the complaint Ramakatha was not conducted.  In some places the alleged victim had not participated in the Ramakatha.

All along the accused wanted the seer to step down. Any women if truly harassed and raped, she would have asked for justice, but the alleged victim is more interested in defaming Shri Swamiji and him stepping down from the Peetha

Case 5: Another false rape case was filed by another woman on a Saturday evening during chaturmasya claiming to have been raped 8 years ago. The alleged victim claimed the rapes happened between 2006-2012. She realized that a complaint should be made only after so many years.

In addition:
- Commissioner of Women Commission of India visits 3 times to the complainant's residence and pressurizes the investigating agencies by giving public statement about arresting the accused in this case, though there are many genuine rape cases the NCW chooses to pressurize only in this case.
- Even before the investigations are completed, if she already knows chargesheet need to be filed, was it pre-decided to declare accused to be guilty?
-  Asks question to CID through media as: “You had to file charge sheet even if nothing is proved in FSL, still why not action taken” – is this prejudice or pressure from the conspirator?
- Complainant brings pressure through media with multiple false statements
 isn’t this a tactic to pressurize investigating officers?
- Various ministers in the govt talk in the media about filing a charge sheet and putting pressure on investigating officers
From the above, it is very clear that there is a powerful person behind the scene who wants the Seer of Ramachandrapura Mutt to step down. Who will gain if the Seer steps down?
Before it is too late, we need to act and protest the misuse of the law given to protect women. Imagine 65% of rape cases filed in India as per Women Commission are false. The law is misused for a meager Rs. 500, where a girl in Delhi filed rape case against a taxi driver. In another case, daughter files sexual harassment case on her own father to run away with her boyfriend!

When the law which is for the protection of women is misused by few women, women who are genuinely the victims suffer.

Let us sign this petition seeking inquiry into this and stop misuse of the law for bringing down a Hindu Guru.

Bring the conspirators to the book, avoid harassing innocent.
