To keep all the homeless from having to sleep in the cold, and as the homeless shelters don't seem to work, it's mostly "first come first serve", we ask for funded homeless apartment complexes, so that the homeless can have a home and a warm bed to sleep in, and a roof over their head.

If we win, we'll see less homeless on the streets, they might still be begging for money, however, odds are since they have a home to sleep in, there'll be less crime as many homeless commit a crime to keep from sleeping in the cold. They'd be able to have a job, or if they're mentally handicapped, have the ability to get help. They won't have to be on the street anymore. They'd be warm, and able to either get a job, or the help they need.

If this fails, nothing really happens.

The stay will be temporary. Until those who are having troubles get back on their feet, and those who are mentally sick get contact to the family, but if the person is incapable of working; ie handicapped, and has no family, they will have a permanent residence in their apartment complex.

It should come with a kitchen, so that they may eat and a job board, showing jobs that are available within walking distance of the apartment complex.
