…..But this time around, it will be less about targeting corporate terrorists who have since risen to the status of Trump oligarchs NOR will it be about the need for Dodd Frank insurer reform due to this industry being the cradle of white-collar, fraud schemes for which Leon Black is it's godfather.

    Instead, it will focus more on exposing the criminal negligence of the so-called “good guy” as being an elitist danger to the public that mirrors Epstein cronyism. The names I'm going to mention you all already know or need to know as they are in desperate need of exposure & regulation, not cronyism, and even more so than the corporate fraudsters who these gloryhounds take credit for exposing whilst burying the true whistleblower---- again, cronyism. 

      Progress begins by honing in on the shyster, “good guy” who cherry-picks predatory, corporate lawsuits. These sham suits are oftentimes rife with “fruit of a poisonous tree” testimony along with bad actors & sham activists. This results in misdirecting everyone into sweeping the most colossal & damaging, fraud schemes under the rug. Ergo, the “good guy” not only proves how fraudulent their cases truly are, but how void of any lasting change they bring about.

     Case in point, Kim Miller is suing Apollo Global Management due to its relationship with Jeffrey Epstein which she & her client blame for the firm’s recent dip in the stock price. So in other words, Kim is attempting to sue APO for not having a crystal ball whilst ignoring APO’s mothernest of $430B, fraud schemes when it's CEO--- Marc Rowan--- isn’t harassing the Ivy League into suppressing Israeli atrocities or blackballing their students & faculty just before playing the hero.

As of now, my new priority is to overlook APO’s fraud schemes being that not only do the regulators not regulate, but because well-known attorneys, investors & journalists are duplicitous as all of this information has been hanging on my website for years and it was on the cusp of being exposed just prior to the pandemic by a dream team of lobbyists, investors & attorneys until an unethical, lead expert witness pulled a no-show on the investors & lobbyists, while lying to his own attorneys in an effort to cheat me out of ever getting paid because he is absolutely no different than Donald Trump--- just less honest about it--- which you can all read about in the above link.

 Bottom line, I’m dealing with the most illustrious names in their fields who claim to rail against Donald Trump & corporate terrorism, yet I cannot get any of them to take accountability for their open collusion in terms of covering for corrupt, activist attorneys, journalists & lead expert witnesses who exploit private citizens while continuing to plague The New York Times by seeking praise for exposing the “bad guy” other than themselves. In a sane world, they should be disbarred or their licenses revoked.  

All of this drama & deceit has served as an epiphany for me in terms of wanting to push for full & immediate pardons--- which Donald Trump could perform--- for guys like Leon Black & Mark Walters. In terms of the civic portion of repayment, guys like Leon & Mark will forge with me "OPERATION: Global Economic Recovery" by establishing trusts which will then function as separate arms or branches of my dream foundation. Good News! Leon & Mark aren't going to be the only ones kicking into these trusts. I also expect them to be instructors, kind of like in the movie Casino where the guys watching the hustlers were the hustlers.

 NOTE, if people like Evan Greenberg, Ann Frohman of Nebraska or Harry Markopolos have any problems with this plan--- especially Harry & Ann--- then I suggest they come up with something better instead of brushing off my emails and pretending like they're really doing something effective.

Likewise, Letitia James--- who I spoke to in 2023--- decided to ignore crimes hiding in plain site, namely my ME TOO situation that found itself embroiled in the world's largest, white-collar, fraud schemes involving future, Trump oligarchs.  Instead, she & all the other overpaid attorneys pretend to do something constructive which brings us to Rob Bonta who preyed upon META because he believes that beauty filters are the real danger to our children.

I'm not alone, all this is right up there with the government using Stormy Daniels to get to Trump then leaving her to get attacked by him AND stuck with his legal bill with further thanks going to a corrupt Judge Otero who should have been charging Donald Trump for criminal solicitation to commit murder via his abuse of social media which is exactly what Trump is guilty of doing to Mike Pence & E. Jean Carroll. We've heard the warning shots for years & it started with Rosie O'Donnell being harassed by Donald Trump off the air.

      At this point, if we are to expose the evolution of corporate crimes then we have to expose the fake fraudhounds and their multiple personality disorders which they seem to see in everybody else but themselves. This ranges from self-espoused, “good guys” that prop-up bad actors like E. Jean Carroll as a ME TOO victim to that of "barely legal" profiteers such as Steve Eisman & alte kickers like Kim Miller’s client-- Solomon Feldman. Let's not forget the R. Kelly network of attorneys who protect felonious, lead expert witnesses in business suits like Tom Gober who has enabled Trump oligarchs while setting a whole new bar for ME TOO crimes..... but sometimes there are honest expert witnesses like Ira Rosner who can be involved in my embryonic foundation.

…..AND this brings us to the recent lawsuit against Mark Walters of Guggenheim whose accuser, or attorney for the accuser, could not have based their claim--- derived from a whistleblower complaint--- from anything less than that of a fraud examiner and perhaps one that is fruit of a poisonous tree who is now making a reappearance & lurking in the background giving his professional opinion to journalists.

i.e., Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd filed a suit on behalf of Ira Rosner and alleges that Dodgers owner Mark Walter failed to disclose a federal probe to policyholders that was being pursued by the SEC & U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan following a whistleblower complaint regarding “alleged misrepresented loans”.

TIME OUT! …I’d like to know who the whistleblower is because there’s no reason--- according to an article I read--- why the phone should be ringing off the hook for Tom Gober following the announcement of Ira's lawsuit. FURTHERMORE, Ira-- who is basically a high finance guy with a law degree-- claims that Mark Walters maintained a systematic scheme to conceal and misrepresent the allocation of insurer assets.

    Rosner is seeking a jury trial in the lawsuit that seeks damages for negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract and aiding & abetting fraud YET I don't have a lawsuit against Apollo Global Management for negligent misrepresentation pertaining to $430B in sham reinsurance OR a lawsuit against Tom Gober for breach of contract along with aiding & abetting fraud….. Incidentally, I know that I’ve alerted this U.S. Attorney's office about Tom Gober long ago. This is the real scandal, not Mark Walters.

BOTTOM LINE … You can't go after Mark Walters without going after everyone because this would mean it’s a discriminatory lawsuit that's privy only to elite witnesses, NOT the victims of elite witnesses…..This is why Ira has a “classist” action suit & why I don’t have multiple suits with multiple attorneys.

    Next, take David Einhorn’s Brighthouse Financial. There's a big difference between protecting one's investors from a CFE who drops a bomb on you then expects you to change the system to that of making up false theories about a company being undervalued due to GAAP which was disproven…..OR pissing on my life's work that was hanging in a tenuous balance thanks to Dave's late night email spat with Tom who he had pissed off by giving his opinion on matters which he didn't understand instead of praising Tom’s work which he then expected me to obtain without having to deal with Gober.

Now thanks to my website & e-mail campaign, those who are capable of doing something about corporate insolvency are now complicit in it. NOW everybody knows that BHF was founded insolvent day one by MetLife wherein Aquarian Holdings is now buying it out at a premium in what what appears to be a dividend recapitalization scheme. 

   ALL this is something that should have been on the chopping block just prior to the pandemic in order to give control back to the investors like David, but now it is this CFE that should be on the chopping block along with his duplicitous, “good guy” attorneys who have done everything possible to harm private citizens while covering up their golden goose of a monster. In other words, these miscreants are the immediate harm to society.

This includes the skeevy attorney Dee Miles of Beasley Allen who was totally on board with me and wanting to get started right away in New York and promising to talk down Tom, until he realized what he was really dealing with. At this point he pretended that it was all theory without acknowledging that he works on theory because this is how far redneck cronyism will get you at law firms in the deep south. 

Ultimately, it came down to a decision to forego the biggest lawsuits of Dee's career in order to save the one he was already working on with Gober. Incidentally, when speaking to a New York Times journalist who knew my former partner, she couldn't stop laughing at the stupidity of Tom Gober’s clairvoyant panhandling approach with David Einhorn AND of the feeble lies Dee Miles flung out. Incidentally, Dee Miles then got a retired judge to stonewall me by putting on a sudden case of amnesia similar to his own. In other words, this is what “protects us” and greases the gears in this country which is why we need to be very afraid. 

BOTTOM LINE:  Gober has done incalculable harm to my life in terms of peace of mind, money & years lost that I'll never get it back largely thanks to either institutional misogyny & elitism (ACFE) OR to criminal conspirators such as his attorneys. He had a chance to change the world & to honor the policyholders, but then completely lied to his attorneys just so he could ensure that I never saw a payday for all of my years of contingent work and for no other reason than this malignant psychopath wanted to punish me for telling him when he was wrong, out-of-touch and endangering my work on contingency. Like my former lobbyist said, he wants something for nothing. In other words, Tom Gober is the life insurance policy that never pays out much like Trump's recent attemot at $5000  bribes.

Bottom line, insurers are not destroying people's lives, Tom Gober is destroying lives and he's no different than Donald Trump looking for a free ride whether it be an ugly, fifteen foot gold statue OR self-indulgent videos made of himself that glorifies him as the good guy & Mark Walters as the bad guy. Meanwhile, the sculptor has never gotten paid and neither have I. In other words, Gober has no business giving any professional opinions, ONLY having his licenses revoked, his testimony stricken & his ass tried for defamation…… This is where profiteers such as Steve Eisman have to start making apologies for showcasing this shyster.

     Note, attorneys like Rob Bonta oftentimes prey upon innocent people like Mark Zuckerberg simply because of name value--- theirs & his. The end result is the effective enforcement of stupidity & sensationalism that's not much different than ambulance chaser attorneys telling their clients to wear a neck brace OR hedge fund hyenas posing as defenders of humanity.  Ultimately, it comes down to  sham activism  and how it gets us all to shoot ourselves in the foot. 

     Change.org uses AI to pre-determine the proper authority figure to whom this petition will be received. Obviously, this is a joke and my enemies know it because like David Einhorn said, “by the time you get to anyone you’re after, they'll all be dead.” Likewise, Tom Gober said regulators don't regulate…..And these are the supposed good guys & they’re now making sure that these faults work to their benefit in terms of burying my ass….NO DICE, BITCHES! …. You can't keep a good woman down!
