Palm Beach Atlantic Theatre program has been a cornerstone to the university since 1968. The program helps students earn an education in their God-given talents to reach their God-sized dreams. Being able to learn about something as secular as the arts have become, in a way that glorifies the Lord is what draws people to attend Christian universities. PBAU is one of 27 Christian universities that offer a Theatre major program. As of Tuesday, February 10th, we have been notified that the program is being removed. In 3 years the program will only be available as a minor. The program is no longer accepting new students. This will result in loss of job stability for professors, an uncertain learning experience for students, and an uprooting of plans for any incoming and prospective students. Please help by signing this petition and drawing attention to the importance of the arts; and keep the show going at PBAU!
