My son was Killed March 9, 2016 while walking home from work at Mud Bay.  He was walking along 527, and was hit by a car.  There is a about a two block area between 180th street and 164th street where there are no pedestrian access, and the pedestrians are forced to walk on the shoulder of HWY 527 (Bothell Everett Highway).  There has been additional living spaces, and business added to that area without improving the infrastructure.  This is unsafe.  There needs to be sidewalks added to the Highway to that stretch so that is safe for pedestrians can travel from 180th to 164th streets.
