Our Goal: To Make Skateboarding & Longboarding Legal on The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk.

With many recent upgrades and the arrival of Margaritaville, the Broadwalk is more beautiful than ever - it's also really smooth - which is perfect for enjoying skateboarding and longboarding.

Faster than walking, less of a hassle than biking, and cheaper than a car, skateboard and longboards are synonymous with beach vibes and good times.

We are open to time and zone restriction amendments to the law, and understand that all skaters must skate respectfully at all times - and respect the safety of pedestrians and bicyclists. We, as respectful skaters understand the need to respect the safety of others and pledge to skate responsibly at all times.

South Beach in Miami, Venice Beach in California and many other cities have public pathways that are less than half the width of the Hollywood Broadwalk - and skateboarding is completely legal in those locations. 

Currently, there is a no-tolerance policy towards skateboards and longboards on the Broadwalk. We are hoping to change this - but we need your help. Please sign our petition and help make skateboarding and longboarding legal.
