‎Education is a basic human right and a powerful tool for personal and societal development, without education you have no knowledge that can cause poverty, inequality, and limited opportunity. In our barangay you will saw the people right by Mount Arayat, where kids dream of hiking up the mountain and chasing their big goals but too many get stuck because of poor schools? San Juan Baño is a growing area in Arayat, Pampanga, with more than 10,000 people living there, and it's the starting point for fun hikes in the national park. But education is a major problem here that can have negative impact to ourselves and community. It stops kids and youth from having a knowledge and doing well in life. This petition asks the local government and school leaders to spend more money on better schools and help for students right away.

‎Facing the challenges of education in San Juan Baño are can be seen throughout the classrooms and the old buildings in places like San Juan Baño High School. The area has many young families, with children making up a large portion of the population, but the schools do not have enough teachers or good learning facilities. Many students drop out early to help their families with farm work or jobs near hiking trails, which makes them stuck in a difficult life. In addition, teachers' homes are far away, making it difficult for them to get to school, and there are no computers or online resources to help children learn new things. Even with phones working nearby, students miss out on big ideas from the world. This hurts everyone because without school, people cannot get better jobs from tourists visiting Mount Arayat. We need the town leaders to build more classrooms, train teachers better, and give money for books and help. If we fix this, San Juan Baño can become a strong place where kids grow up ready for good futures in tourism or farming. Everyone in the community should join in to make schools better for all.

‎Overall the persistent lack of educational resources in San Juan Baño threatens the future of its 10,476 residents, particularly its youth, by denying them the tools for personal and communal advancement. This petition urges the Municipal Government of Arayat, the Department of Education, and community stakeholders to allocate immediate resources for infrastructure upgrades, increased staffing, and inclusive programs. Together, by investing in education today, we can build a brighter, more equitable tomorrow for San Juan Baño, turning potential into prosperity for all.
