The Issue

(1) The immediate removal of Fire Marshal Robert De Los Santos, (2) the reduction of the Dallas County Fire Marshals office back to it's traditional duties of fire inspections and arson investigation, (3) a formal investigation into the misconduct, retaliation, payroll fraud, destruction of records and civil rights violations that have plagued this office for the last decade under his leadership, or lack there of.

In 2021 I was stalked, harassed, unlawfully detained and retaliated against by Fire Marshal Eliud Alvarado who subsequently and abruptly resigned during a sham investigation. He is now employed at City of Point PD thanks to De Los Santos' deliberate indifference to the public, his duties, training and the constitution.  I then faced further retaliation from several other officers including De Los Santos himself, Michael Barber and Michael Murphy by preventing my access to a public meeting, destruction of evidence, and unlawful search and seizure.

More recently, I was violated by Fire Marshal Misty McBride when I went to Commissioners Court on 3/4/25 to speak about 33 questionable arrests made by Fire Marshals in 2024 alone.  I found out they were increasing their ranks by adding 100 more “Marshals” and increasing their budget to over 12 million for 2025 with a line for $50,000 in ammunition and explosives.  This is after being fully stocked with new gear, a fleet of new patrol cars, mobile command unit, off road vehicles, drones and who knows what else.  They’ve been using all this power and imagined authority to stop and frisk people doing business in and around public buildings, parks, roads, anything they see, even private property.  Then arresting them on petty charges that the DA’s office doesn’t want to touch.  Their main goal seems to be keeping the public out of public,  away from our elected representatives and the jail full.  This is unacceptable.
