The latest update is to clarify two things, we've spoken to the RSPCA, and have been informed that the dog Albert Wang currently has, named Lucas, was obtained before this incident. After the RSPCA conducted inspections on the second dog, both at the time of the incident when police had taken Penta, and more recently, they ruled the dog is in good condition and therefore has been left with he owner. Please understand that updates will happen as the information comes in, however sometimes all information is not received at the same time. Thanks everyone for all the support.
