Abuse and cruelty is just un-acceptable on ANY level. The abuse and cruelty inflicted on all animals is the beginning of the cycle that leads to children and women abuse. Stiff and mandatory sentences for animal cruelty and abusers can set the ground work for much stiffer sentences for human abusers. It has to start somewhere...............
