Plastic straws are something that is affecting our planet. All the turtles being killed daily because of our poor choices in plastic straws. Sometimes you don't have a choice because the fast food restaurants only give us the option of a plastic straw.

I think it  is about time we all stand together and make a difference. Help our planet. Together as a community. Save our planet for our future generations.

Think about where your plastic straw goes. Everyday over 8 million metric tons of plastic goes into our ocean every year. Where our children swim and where our wildlife live. They say at this rate the amount of plastic in the oceans will overweigh the amount of fish in the ocean by 2050 if we don't do something about it now. Act now to help our future generations.

All the because we want to have a drink or cant be bothered getting a plastic straw. To be honest to do not blame you. But if we sign a petition to ban them then we won't have to make that decision and chosing and making platsic straws in all fast food resturants will be one step towards our goal to save the planet for our future and current people of the world.

Our would is such a beautiful place and it would be such a waste if we didn't look after the beautiful planet we were given.
