Hi, I am a fellow AmourShipper and a fan of XY Series. I am desperate for Ash and Serena to get together, there are several hints throughout their time together in the XY series, probably more so than any other shipping regarding Ash and a Pokégirl, e.g. PearlShipping. AmourShipping is without a doubt the most popular of Pokémon Shipping regarding Ash and another character. Serena was confirmed to have a crush on Ash ever since they met at Professor Oak's Summer Camp, when Serena was frightened and alone and hurt her knee while Ash was looking for a Poliwag, Ash being the gentleman that he is helps her out of the forest, putting his handkerchief on her injured knee, and held hands while walking out of the forest together because of Ash's kindness she developed feelings for our favourite Pokémon Trainer, and when she saw him on TV on the top of Luimose Tower she recognised him as the same boy who rescued her and the words he said stuck to her "Don't give up until it's over!" and decided to head out on a Pokémon Journeys and to mainly see him again, although he initially doesn't recognise her when she tells him it's when she shows the handkerchief he gave her he remembers her, what I mainly like about Serena other than the fact she likes Ash is that her character development things like she really have a goal other than seeing Ash until she finds Pokémon Performances which she is really passionate about and as well as her makeover including a haircut and a new outfit which no other female companion has done during their adventures with Ash, her feelings about Ash are shown throughout the journey in Kalos even without Serena telling him, which other characters like fellow companion Bonnie and rival Miette have picked up and gets teased about which embarrasses her, while she never explicitly told her feelings to Ash, she kisses him in the final XY episode which is her latest appearance to date, as she did not appear in the Sun and Moon anime and I hope she returns in Pokémon Journeys even if it is just for a few episodes. They could even hint at their wedding and could even get together even if most of the time it is long distance and they call each other every now again and meet up again for another few episodes. I know Pokémon is aimed at kids but it hasn't stopped other shows like Star vs. The Forces of Evil having the main characters Star and Marco getting together, as well as Phineas and Isabella, Ferb and Vanessa from Phineas and Ferb and many more shows
