Evidential fairness in the use of VAR

The Issue

Given the material amounts of money etc at stake and due to the widely held sense within the football community that the larger clubs get the benefit of the doubt in all marginal cases we ask for an audit of Premier League VAR decisions in the 2019/20 season to date by an independent party (preferably a non UK body) to ensure that there has been no bias in the season to date and that the full results and explanations be published.

If there is no bias the FA have nothing to fear and it will restore confidence in the system.

If there is bias it will help ensure it is appropriately addressed to the benefit of football in the UK.
