This is the end of day 3 of the petition and we have over 500 signatures.  Thank you very much.

I wanted to share what a supporter wrote on Facebook.

’I completely agree. New homes should be built on brownfield sites, not by digging up the irreplaceable green belt for profit. Heartwood forest is a site of national importance and this scheme will definitely have a negative impact on the wildlife/flora that local people and the Woodland Trust have worked so hard to protect.’

I want to thank the writer of that comment and all those who sign the petition or leave supportive comments.
