From Concerned Citizens

According to media reports, new text books will be published by the Karnataka state government for students in primary, middle and high school for the next academic year starting in June 2017. There are rumours that the text books are full of distortions and misinformation.

The state government and the Department of Education have not been transparent in their approach regarding the revision of text books. The deadline for the final versions of the syllabus from various subject committees is 15th January 2017. And yet, the government plans to make the text books available to students within a short span of 6 months.

We believe that the present exercise of changing the text books with the secrecy surrounding it, will sow seeds of divisiveness and inequality in the next generation(s).

In the best interests of our children and their peers, irrespective of the section of society they belong to, we demand to know answers for the below questions from the Chief Minister of Karnataka, Sri.Siddaramaiah.

1.) It is a well-known fact that once the text books are printed, they can be printed again only after 4-5 years due to logistic reasons. When the Centre is in the process of formulating a National Education Policy in 2017 to be implemented by 2018, why is the state hurrying to publish new text books based on a new state syllabus ?

2.) By formulating text books in 2017 based on the National Curriculum Framework of 2005, is the quality of text books not compromised ?

3.) Although the final versions of all subjects are not yet submitted by subject review committees, why is there a hurry to publish the new text books for the upcoming academic year in June 2017?

4.) Why haven’t all stake holders such as academicians, resource persons, DSERT, DIETs, CTE, political parties etc. not been taken on board ? With very little time left for publishing the text books, where is the time to consult all the stakeholders or is the hurry intentional?

5.) Why is there so much secrecy in the formulation of the new text books? What are the parts that will be reviewed or removed or modified? Why is there no communication anywhere regarding this?

6.) Is it true that nearly 20% of the current content in books will be axed ? Will that not compromise the quality of text books and deprive students of Karnataka from better opportunities for higher education and employment ?

7.) With new text books not finalized and the new academic year barely 5 months away, how does the government plan to train teachers in the new curriculum? Is the government not compromising on the quality of education?

8.)Why is the CM acting against the advise of the Education Minister, Mr.Tanveer Sait and Education Department officials in this regard ? Whose agenda is he implementing ?

9.) Why has Baraguru Ramachandrappa, a known Left-leaning intellectual, been given all the powers to implement the education policy and text book changes ? Why was he chosen as the Chairman of the text book revision Committee ? What is the hidden agenda behind this ?

10.) Is it true that changes are being made to history, mathematics, science, social science and language text books. If Baraguru Ramachandrappa is the brain behind the text book changes, is the curriculum planned to suit the Leftist agenda to remove pride among children regarding our culture & history ?

11.) Based on a study by renowned scientist Dr.Kastrirangan to determine why students of Karnataka lag behind in national competitive exams, the Karnataka Knowledge Commission had recommended to the state government to make translations of CBSE text books available to students. Officials in the Education Department were in the process of implementing them. But with the introduction of the new state syllabus, the state government is working against the interests of students and weakening their aptitude in national competitive examinations. Is it right to play with the future of students for the sake of enforcing political ideology in text books?

12.) Although schools can opt for CBSE or ICSE syllabus, 75000 schools in Karnataka opt for the state syllabus.  Through such devious means, does the state government want to create inequality in the next generation by intentionally deteriorating the quality of education and hence, further opportunities for those who study the state syllabus ?

13.) Is this a plan to target the new generation and create a set of false activists for the future ?

14.) Is the government not creating divisiveness in society by withholding quality education, better opportunities and a better future for those who opt to study in government schools or schools opting for state syllabus ?

Based on its performance in the last 4 years, we believe that the Siddaramaiah government in Karnataka relies heavily on a kitchen cabinet of Left-leaning intellectuals, which has an agenda to subvert democracy, divide society and create false activism among youngsters by misusing media, academic and intellectual forums.

We request the Chief Minister to respond to our queries and come clean on this issue.

ಹೊಣೆಯರಿತ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಂದ

ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ವರದಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಘನವೆತ್ತ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ, ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಿಕ ಹಾಗು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ  ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ೨೦೧೭ನೇ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ವಿಕೃತ ಮತ್ತು  ತಪ್ಪುಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ವದಂತಿ ಹರಿದಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಘನವೆತ್ತ ರಾಜ್ಯಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗು  ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವಿಭಾಗ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ವಿಚಾರ ವಿನಿಮಯ ನಡೆಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೊಸ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ರಚನೆಗೆ,ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರಚನೆಯಾದ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಂತಿಮ ಕರಡನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು  ೧೫ ಜನವರಿ ೨೦೧೭ ಕೊನೆಯದಿನವಾದರೂ, ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಸರಕಾರ ಈ ಪಠ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗೂಢರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿದೆ.

ಈ ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಕಾರದ ಮತ್ತು ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಗೂಢತೆ, ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ವೈಷಮ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಮಾನತೆಯ ಬೀಜ ಬಿತ್ತುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಸಂಶಯ ಮೂಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಾಗು ಅವರ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಯ/ಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಕಾಳಜಿಯಿಂದ, ಸಮಾಜದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಘನವೆತ್ತ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ. ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಕೆಲವು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಆಗ್ರಹಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

೧. ೨೦೧೭ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರ ಹೊಸ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ಇದ್ದರೂ, ಯಾಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ಈ ಹೊಸ ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು ಅವಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ? ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದರೆ, ಮುಂದಿನ ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹೊಸ ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕ ತರುವುದುದು ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಷ್ಟ ಎಂಬ ಅರಿವು ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಅಥವಾ ಅರಿವಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವ ಧ್ರಾಷ್ಟವೇ?

೨. ೨೦೧೭ರಲ್ಲಿ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಾಠಕ್ರಮ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟು ೨೦೦೫ರ (NCF ೨೦೦೫)ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿರುವುದು ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಶಯ ಮೂಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ?

೩. ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳ ವಿಷಯ ತಜ್ಞರು ವಿಷಯ ಸಂಭಂದಿತ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ವಿಮರ್ಶೆಯ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡದಿದ್ದರೂ, ಹೊಸ ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ೨೦೧೭ರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವ ತುರ್ತು ಯಾಕೆ.

೪. ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಭಂದಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ತಜ್ಞರನ್ನು, DSERT, DIETs, CTE, ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು, ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ವರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ?  ಈಗ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ತರಾತುರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಮರುಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಮಯ ಎಲ್ಲಿದೆ?

೫. ಹೊಸ ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ಯಾಕೆ ನಿಗೂಢತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ? ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಯಾವ ಯಾವ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ವಿಮರ್ಶೆ, ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಗು ಯಾವ ಯಾವ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ? ಈ ವಿಚಾರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ?

೬. ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಶೇಕಡಾ ೨೦ರಷ್ಟು ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಕತ್ತರಿ ಹಾಕಿರುವುದು ನಿಜವೇ? ಈ ೨೦ ಶೇಕಡಾ ಕಡಿತ ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಇದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ, ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವಾಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕುಂಠಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ?

೭. ಹೊಸ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ೬ ತಿಂಗಳು ಉಳಿದಿರುವಂತೆ (ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ತಯಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ) ಘನ  ಸರಕಾರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ತರಭೇತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಯಕ್ಷ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯಲ್ಲವೇ?

೮. ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಯಾಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಶ್ರೀ. ತನ್ವಿರ್ ಸೇಠ್ ಹಾಗು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ  ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಲಹೆಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ? ಅವರು ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ  ಯಾರ ಅಜೆಂಡಾವನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ?

೯. ಬರಗೂರು ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ  ಅವರಂತಹ, ಎಡಪಂತೀಯ ಲೇಖಕರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅವರನ್ನು  ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವ್ರ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಏನು?  ಇದರ ಹಿಂದಿರುವ ಕುತ್ಸಿತ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಏನು?

೧೦. ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಗಣಿತ, ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ಸಮಾಜ ಶಾಸ್ತ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾಷಾ ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು, ಬರಗೂರು ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ ಈ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳ ಹಿಂದಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಎಂದಾದರೆ, ಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ಪಾಠಕ್ರಮ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಎಡಪಂತೀಯ ಚಿಂತನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಬ್ಬಿಸಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಕ್ರತಿ, ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಮ್ಮಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವೇ?

೧೧. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಗೆಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಮಕ್ಕಳೇಕೆ ಹಿಂದೆ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದ ಖ್ಯಾತ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಡಾ.ಕಸ್ತೂರಿ ರಂಗನ್ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ "ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಆಯೋಗ" ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ 09,10,11,12 ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ CBSEಯ ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನೇ ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುವಾದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸಿನಂತೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರವೃತ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗ  ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ತಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ  ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಮಟ್ಟದ  ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಹಿಂದುಳಿಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಟಿದೆ. ಪೊಲಿಟಿಕಲ್ ಐಡಿಯಾಲಜಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಬಲಿಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ ?

೧೨. ಶಾಲೆಗಳು CBSE ಅಥವಾ ICSE  ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಇದ್ದರೂ, ೭೫,೦೦೦ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು  ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಹಳೆಯ/ಔಟ್ ಡೇಟೆಡ್ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ  ಇಂತಹ ಹೀನ ಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ, ರಾಜ್ಯಸರಕಾರ CBSE ಅಥವಾ ICSE ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅಸಮಾನತೆಯನ್ನು ತರಲು ಹೊರಟಿದೆಯೇ? ಈ ಮುಖೇನ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುವ ವಿಧ್ಯ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟಿದೆಯೆ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ?

೧೩. ಇದು ಹೊಸ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಸಿ, ಹೊಸ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಕುತಂತ್ರವೇ?

೧೪. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಕುಂಠಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಸರಕಾರೀ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಕಾಶ ವಂಚಿತರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಒಡೆಯುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆಯೇ ಈ ಸರಕಾರ?

ಶ್ರೀ. ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರ ಸರಕಾರದ ಕಳೆದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳ "ಕಾರ್ಯಭಾರ"ವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವಾಗ, ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್ ಗಿಂತ ತಮ್ಮ ಎಡಪಂತೀಯ ಲೇಖಕರ ಕಿಚನ್ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್ ಜೊತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಈ ಎಡಪಂತೀಯ ಕಿಚನ್ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವವನ್ನು ನಾಶ ಮಾಡುವ, ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ವಿಘಟಿಸುವ, ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ, ಯುವಕರನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪು ದಾರಿಗೆ ಎಳೆಯುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರುಗಳನ್ನು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ವಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರೈನ್ ವಾಷ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ದೇಶದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ದುರಂತದ ಎಡೆಗೆ ತಳ್ಳುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಈ ಮೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.
