You make your own mind up about the rights and wrongs, but the Eurocity residential development has been approved by The Development Planning Commission who approve Town Planning Applications in accordance with the Gibraltar Development Plan.

A new Gibraltar Development Plan is obviously long overdue and needs to take into account the health and well being of the people of Gibraltar and their right to light, sunshine, and privacy.
