As the people of Gibraltar continue to be confined to their homes due to the Coronavirus Lockdown, large scale non essential residential developments have been granted Exemption Certificates by HMGoG, mostly due to their 'critical stage' status. 

The photograph shows the 'critical stage' the construction site at Ocean Village has got to, with continuous pile driving affecting nearby local residents with noise and air pollution.

The photograph also shows construction workers not observing social distancing regulations. It appears that construction workers have also now been granted Exemption Certificates from catching and transmitting Coronavirus.
