Spain and Ireland and now Bay Area are amongst a growing number of jurisdictions shutting down their large non essential construction sites in order to protect their people from noise and air pollution and protect them from Coronavirus.

Sadly Gibraltar continues to allow these large construction sites to continue to operate creating noise and air pollution , making life in Lockdown unbearable for those that live in close proximity.
