Dear Public!

Caste System and religious practices are deeply rooted into the Indian Society which might sometimes favour some sections of the community but, the majority of these practices poses conflicts with other sections of the community, sometimes posing threat to individual and Organizational human rights(& development). So, Its the responsibility of every citizen to opt out-off this system voluntarily, backed with the support from Law and Government policing for a smooth transfer.

Every Citizen has a right to neutralize their Identity which is based on Caste and religion. So, there should be provision for "No Caste, No religion, Prefer Not to Say". The Following policies have to be implemented: 

1. Mandatory provision for - "No Caste, No religion, Prefer Not to Say" option across all the Government related activities including recruitment and job posting.
2. Academic institutions (Public and Private) such as Schools, Colleges and Universities should enable "No Caste, No religion, Prefer Not to Say" option across their academic application & admission process. Encouraging the students to opt for "No Caste, No religion, Prefer Not to Say" should be made mandatory across these institutes (especially in school, as the children represent India's future generations with a voice that everyone is equal).
3. Clear and mandatory instructions should be given to Central Government (& their agencies) and all State Governments(& their agencies) including Public and Private Corporations for implementing (1) and (2).
