This is a petition to make the centre implement THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT, 1960 and act upon the recent attack and give justice to the living creatures that also have a right to live on Mother Earth.

On May 27, Kerela, India, a pregnant elephant was killed after eating a pineapple stuffed with explosives. The elephant was wandering in search of food and she entered a village where this cruel act took place. Even while she was hurting, she did not cause any destruction. Animals are loving and feel like we do. And the have a right to live on a land which is ours and theirs too.

During this time, the only thing that she could think of was the child that she was going to give birth in 18 to 20 months, she trusted us. The food that was given to her, she ate it without a doubt but she didn’t know what it contained. These cruel acts that people do are proof that the word “humanity” is going far away. It is ironic how humanity includes the word human but the very fact that humans are slowly becoming heartless is just not done.

Help us to re-establish humanity by signing this petition because after a crime is committed, the price can’t be paid but the only thing that can be done is to make it right and contribute as much as we can!
