An unbelievable effort everyone, thank you! Thanks to your support we went from under 5000 three days ago to 5000 more in just a weekend! 

To celebrate our campaign director Alwyn has accepted a challenge to do a happy dance once we hit the 10,000 milestone. Go to our website or socials if you want to suggest a song, where we will post the happy dance as well.

Being serious though, we are DEFINITELY getting somewhere. The issue is getting on the radar, and people are asking a lot more questions, especially state governments. A lot were asked especially at the QLD government public hearing on the 9th of December (see testimony from Alwyn on behalf of AAC below in proof form). We are now following up with more detail on these questions in a submission with support of many others calling for physio and allied health. 

We need to keep the momentum up and get this issue to mainstream media as well to let even more people know what's going on.

We've started writing and contacting journalists at major newspapers, but we are running out of time, we need all the help we can get ASAP! So please write or call your favourite newspaper (a letter to editor or a news tip), radio station/TV, magazine. Please also share this petition and say why you and 10,000 other people right now are worried about older people not getting the physio and allied health they need. We all have mums, dads and partners who will one day need physio and allied health in nursing homes.
