Norwegian student John Kristoffer Larsgard got a sentence of 7,5 years in jail in the US because he made a wrong turn with his mom's rental car in  Winslow, Arizona. He got his nose broken by an irate spectator. He tried to escape, and injured the foot of a lady. Now he serves a sentence for aggrevated assault  (the rental car is  the weapon) of 7.5 years in Arizona. The U.S. criticizes countries like China for human rights violations, but in Arizona, private prisons where profit trumps both human dignity and justice, is the rule not the exception. Sign this petition and put pressure on the Arizona Department of Corrections so they know that we are watching how Larsgård are being treated in prison. He made a wrong turn with his car, got hit in the face and fled in panic. Let's get him back!

Nå soner han en dom for angrep med farlig våpen (leiebilen er altså våpenet) på 7,5 år i Arizona. USA kritiserer land som Kina for brudd på menneskerettighetene, men med sine private fengsler der profitt trumfer både menneskeverd og justis, er stater som Arizona, der tiden har stått stille, vestens verstinger.
