These international regulations might force the U.S. to conform to global standards that do not align with our Constitutional protections, such as Freedom of speech, the right to Privacy, and Due Process rights. Enacting the American Sovereignty and Individual Rights Protection Act is crucial to preserving our national sovereignty and ensuring that our health policies are determined by our elected representatives, not by international organizations. We The People, the undersigned citizens of the United States of America, call upon our elected representatives to enact the American Sovereignty and Individual Rights Protection Act. This legislation is designed to protect our Constitutional rights and interests in the face of pandemics and other public health emergencies, while also promoting global health and safety.

The American Sovereignty and Individual Rights Protection Act addresses our concerns by:

1. Detaching the United States from the IHR amendments and the proposed pandemic agreement.
2. Defunding the World Health Organization (WHO) and redirecting those funds to transparent domestic public health initiatives and research.
3. Protecting our national sovereignty and autonomy in health policy decisions.
4. Protecting our individual rights, including Privacy, Freedom of Movement, and protection against Unreasonable Searches and Seizures.
5. Protecting our Constitutional rights, including Freedom of Speech, the Right to Bear Arms, and the right to Due Process.
6. Promoting transparency, accountability, and cooperation with international organizations while maintaining and protecting our national sovereignty and individual rights by not allowing outside (foreign) decisions over the United States.
