Dear supporter,
Can you chip in to help us campaign for Proportional Representation?
2018 marks 100 years since some women in the UK were granted the right to vote.
While this anniversary serves as a timely reminder of how far we’ve come, it also highlights how much work still lies ahead before we can truly say that people feel represented by our Parliament.
As MPs start returning to Westminster after the summer recess, now more than ever, we need to convince them to introduce a voting system in which the share of seats a party wins matches the share of votes it receives.
To achieve Proportional Representation, Make Votes Matter needs your help, will you donate to our Crowdfunder?

So far we've made a huge impact on a tiny budget but we know that we can achieve so much more with your valued support.
That’s why we are trying to raise £35,000 to help us take the campaign to the next level.
This year alone we have orchestrated a number of high profile events that have put PR firmly in the spotlight.
We believe Demand Democracy Day in June was the largest mobilisation for PR in recent history. This built upon the great success of Hungry for Democracy which saw over 400 activists, MPs and prominent supporters like Brian Eno take part in a 24 hour fast to highlight the injustice of the British voting system.
We have continued building the Alliance, to Make Votes Matter, representing the breadth and diversity of support for electoral reform across society.
We have also helped orchestrate a number of Constituency Labour Party branches pass motions in favour of PR. And many of you have held meetings with your own MPs to lobby them on the merits of Proportional Representation.
To continue our work, we need your help. Your support is vital to our campaigning capacity.
