Richard Barrow has been staying in Thailand since 1994. He has been an expat in Thailand  and has contributed tremendously to the expat community with his travel blogs and information on places and the Thai culture in Thailand. His wealth of information about Thailand is certainly an asset that Thailand can leverage on. Recently, he did touch on a sensitive issue regarding the Thai and Foreigner dual pricing that is common in Thailand. Hence, he might have accidentally provoked the authorities by painting a bad image of Thailand by highlighting the dual pricing. Nonetheless, he doesn't deserve his visa to be revoked because of his honesty. This petition is meant to voice out our concern for Richard's future in Thailand and hopefully the authorities will reconsider their decision.

We believe Richard has contributed so much to Thailand that the benefits outweights everything else the authorities thinks he might have done wrong. 

The objective of this petition is for the authorities to hear us out and give Richard a chance to explain himself.
