Following the recent TFL deal that includes the use of Freedom Passes no longer being valid in peak times. I am extremely concerned as the Freedom Pass is a life line for the most vulnerable people in our society. The Freedom Pass being valid for 24/7 hours supports disability rights, including access to work and helps the most vulnerable to attend medical appointments. Furthermore, it is well known that people with disabilities have increased life expenses https://www.scope.org.uk/campaigns/extra-costs/ 
 
I would argue that this deal is discriminatory against disabled people and is a huge step backwards for disability rights.
 
I would like to propose that the decision to stop the use of 24/7 use of Freedom Pass to be challenged and a new deal is sought with TFL.
