75 dogs died tragically in a horrific fire at a boarding facility in Georgetown, Texas on September 18th. It is our duty to require by law that all facilities boarding innocent animals (vet offices, pet stores, boarding facilities) are equipped with sprinklers to make sure no more animals die needlessly. We are tasked to care for these dependent creatures and leaving them locked in a cage with no chance of survival in the case of fire is inexcusable. Let's make sure no one else's fur baby dies needlessly. Let's start by signing this petition to show Texas government we are serious and this stops now. Democrat, Republican or Independent, DOES NOT MATTER. We are Texas pet parents and we insist our pets are safe when in other's care.
