On March 20th, 2020 Governor Abbott put thousands of tax paying businesses and people out of work unconstitutionally. After being able to return for barely over a month, June 26th,2020 he again used an unconstitutional decree and put us out of work again. We the below signed tax payers of Texas demand that the governor's pay be adjusted and he not recieve compensation for the same amount of time as those of us he put out of work. We also put the governor on notice that he will not recieve votes from us in the next election (save that campaign money). The undue and unfair practices of this man have put financial strain, bankruptcy, permanent closure, personal relationships on thousands that can not file for unemployment, and have zero income with NO help from the state or federal government. Mr governor,  you were elected to PROTECT the rights of the citizens of Texas, not unconstitutionally put burdens on us. I will be glad to see you out of office.
