Illegal breeders from Texas and from out of state are shipping animals into Texas. These animals are being sold at pet shops, flea markets, feed stores and other merchants, even out of cars in parking lots.

We want the state of Texas to pass a law banning the sale of domestic animals, such as cats and dogs, at pet shops and any other commercial establishments. Only breeders licensed by the state of Texas and in good standing would be allowed to sell animals directly to potential owners. Individuals selling animals coming from unlicensed breeders would be punished by law.
