The monster is dead. His victims can finally get some peace of mind. He overdosed on heroin on September 18th. His body is in the morgue in Baltimore, Maryland. The petition will remain but is under revision. Laws still need to be changed to keep others like him off the streets. I want to personally thank everyone who supported us and our fight against him. Each one of you helped us more than you can ever know and we're so very grateful.
