PLEASE SHARE PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT RICHMOND, VIRGINIA & DMV Daniel Cleaves, a serial DMV area rapist, is in the loose in Richmond, Virginia. His history indicates a pattern of serial rape. SASS collected over 40 letters and delivered them to the judge urging the community be protected from this serial rapist in the spring. During sentencing, the judge assured SASS and his victims that upon release, if he violated his probation, he would be immediately arrested and locked up. Now, he has been released from a halfway house for violating his probation and disappeared from a medical facility. Law enforcement officials are currently unresponsive to citizens and victims concerned for their safety, one of whom is now being stalked by the perpetrator's father. Law enforcement has been completely unreponsive to requests for information and requests for an arrest warrant to be issued. He has been reported missing and in violation of his probation from an anonymous SASS law enforcement source. If seen, assume dangerous and call police immediately.
