This petition is for the attempt to terminate Lyleigh’s biological fathers parental rights. Over the course of her life he has shown that he is more than incapable of providing care for her. My parents have had full custody of her since she was 10 months old and we love her so much and want to keep her safe, happy and healthy and give her the best life she can possibly have.
