Field View Farm leases the land at FWP which is currently owned by the Town of Orange and is being leased out for $375.00 per year to Walter Hine to farm for corn and other commodities.  This land is needed to develop and create fields for soccer as well as other sports. The land should be used to develop Fred Wolfe Park to include a playground placed in a safe spot, lighted basketball courts,  pickle ball courts, a track, bathrooms, concession stands, etc. The possibilities are endless.  We need the Board of Selectman to terminate the contract and give the 180 days notice that the lease agreement states.  We want this for the kids and the future of Orange.
