We are deeply concerned about the refusal of Elizabeth Magill, President of University of Pennsylvania; Claudine Gay, President of Harvard; and Sally Kornbluth, President of Massachusetts Institute of Technology to classify calls for Jewish Genocide as a violation under their respective university's "code of conduct on bullying and harassment".

This issue was brought to light during a Congressional hearing held on Thursday 12/5/23. Their inaction is not only alarming but also goes against the very values these institutions claim to uphold.

We demand immediate action from these universities' governing bodies. The dismissal of such serious threats by those at the helm is unacceptable and sets a dangerous precedent. It's time we hold them accountable for their failure to protect Jewish students from hate speech and potential harm.
