I am a resident of Northwood Neighborhood, just like you. Like many of us, I have been subjected to unreasonable fines and violations from our Homeowners Association (HOA). We have experienced discomfort in maintaining our private property, including the play equipment for our children in our own yards. This kind of overreach is not right, nor justifiable.

Unfortunately, our experiences are not unique; it represents a nationwide issue with HOA boards imposing unfair rules. According to CAI's National and State Statistical Review, over 73% of residents in HOA-controlled homes reported disputes over unforeseen fines, and around 42% experienced violations for personal property maintenance.

This is a call to empower ourselves as homeowners and bring an end to the unjust control by the HOA board members in Northwood. With your support, we can present a unified front to revoke the control of HOA board members, returning freedom and peace to our community. We demand fair treatment, respect, and the right to personal property without undue intervention.
