Terminate Superintendent Dr. Jimenez from HLPUSD and open investigation!

The Issue

We, the people, write this petition out of alarming concern for the lack of responsiveness and accountability from Superintendent Jimenez and the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District Leadership. Our experiences, shared by hundreds of other concerned parents and community members, have been met with worrying neglect from the administration. Under Superintendent Jimenez's leadership, the district has shown a persistent failure to respond to pressing issues such as school closure concerns, dozens of UCP (Uniform Complaint Procedure), personal complaints via emails, and phone calls. Months have passed, and over 30 legitimate grievances remain unaddressed. It's not only my story; hundreds of community voices are echoing similar sentiments.  Under his watch,  his CFO swore under oath and presented fraudulent Naylor Act Notices to the LAC Planning Commission to derail the Glenelder & La Subida project.  While many schools in La Puente were closing, Dr. Jimenez pushed for a 65 million loan to build a school in Hacienda Heights.  Millions of dollars spent without clear explanation and not benefiting the students, especially students with special needs.
But the time for silent acknowledgment is over. Our children's education and future are at stake. We want the HLPUSD board members to introspect and take our community's cry for change sincerely. It's high time Superintendent Jimenez is held accountable for his actions, or lack thereof. We ask for a comprehensive investigation into his leadership, which has shown a lack of responsibility and accountability not only to the families but to our tax dollars!!!
With this petition, we urge all those invested in the future of our children and educational system to raise their voices. Your support is crucial in holding those in charge accountable, ensuring an environment that nurtures learning and responds to legitimate concerns swiftly and effectively. Sign this petition to demand an investigation into Superintendent Jimenez's action and a prompt resolution to all our pending complaints.
