I am writing this petition because I, and many of my neighbors in the Southwind Community, have been negatively impacted by the actions of SpectrumAM, our current homeowners' association management company. Personally, I have experienced harassment and threats from SpectrumAM, and similar stories have echoed throughout our neighborhood. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it underscores a deep-rooted issue that must be addressed.

SpectrumAM was initially employed to manage our community and maintain a harmonious living environment. However, their aggressive tactics have done exactly the opposite. Countless residents have reported instances of intimidation and coercion, which has only created fear among community members. These issues have not only affected our mental well-being but have also deteriorated the sense of community that Southwind should embody.

To foster a welcoming and supportive environment, we propose the termination of our contract with SpectrumAM and the search for a new management company more suited to our community's needs. We need a team that prioritizes open communication, accountability, and respects our rights as homeowners.
