Thank you so much for your support, it’s so encouraging we’ve reached 20,000 signatures over 1000 Toondah supporters a month and growing :)

In Queensland, with a state election on 31 October, this could cost the Palaszczuk Government their 3 seat majority, especially if a key approver of Walker’s 3600 unit development, former Deputy Premier, Jackie Trad, loses her South Brisbane seat to the Greens who only received 500 less first preference votes in 2017.

The Palaszczuk Government can stop this environmental crime amd honour our international wetland protection treaty obligations if they reverse the Toondah Harbour Priority Development Area over the Toondah Ramsar wetlands and withdraws its support for this development.

There is no widespread opposition to have some form of appropriate development and ferry terminal upgrade in the footprint of the existing North Stradbroke Island/Minjerriba ferry terminal area.
