PSEG is sending a representative to this Wednesday's meeting in Eastport concerning the towering steel utility poles on Eastport Manor Road and County Road 51. State Senator Ken LaValle, State Assemblyman Fred Thiele, Suffolk County Legislator Al Krupski and Brookhaven Town Councilman Dan Panico will also be there, or will have representatives there. We need a strong showing to demand that the poles on Eastport Manor Road be removed and the transmission lines buried.
